Message the board
A request to sell is a request to the board, not a sale. Shares can only be transferred with the board's agreement and there is no guarantee of a buyer. A director will reply by email.
Shareholder register
Tap a shareholder to start a transfer from them. The full record, with addresses, phones and notes, is the Register tab in the spreadsheet.
Record a share transfer
Moves shares on the register and writes a line to the Transfers tab, the audit trail. Use this once the board has approved a transfer and the paperwork is done. It cannot be undone from here; a correcting transfer would be needed.
